Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with all original packaging and tags.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can review the problem and help make it right.
If the package was damaged in transit, you must report it to us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier, and they require specific documentation to begin the process.
To process a transit damage claim, the following photos and details are required:
• A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box.
• A close-up photo of the shipping label with the tracking number.
• A photo of the outside of the package showing any damage.
Please keep all packaging and the damaged item until the claim is resolved. Carriers may choose to inspect the package, and if the packaging or item is not available, the claim will be denied. In that situation, we cannot be responsible for replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have any questions about a specific item.
We are not able to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest method is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
